Everything has been checked 5 times and we're so tired of looking at this book thing that we decided to pat it on the po-po and kick it down the road. The publisher will get the complete file tomorrow and it should be on CreateSpace, Amazon, Kindle, and hopefully not on the trash heap, by 11-26-14.
"From A Crystal Set To High Speed jets" is not just about aviation and I hope that it isn't too boring in the ground-bound stuff. It's been a long haul and a lot of work so I hope that it won't be stalled-on-takeoff production.
Thanks to all for your interest.

Paper copies will be available from the publisher but they won't be signed, obviously. The only thing that I can figure out now is that I will have to get copies and sign them here and then mail them to the buyer. AHHH! I'm licking my chops at this idea...I can charge an outrageous fee like the airlines. You know, a fee for ordering it from the publisher, a fee for opening the page, a fee for signing it, a fee for closing the cover, and of course an abominable fee to mail it. I'm learning from the bankers, too.
Okay, back to earth, that's the only thing that I can think of right now and I would happy to do it.

If you get copies yourself I'm sure lots of us would be happy to figure out making the time worth it as a little extra $ for it. Alternatively could we PM you for an address and have it mailed to you for a signature with a return prepaid box ?

Would also love a signed paper copy if it's cost viable for you.

Otherwise will it be on iTunes accessed via standard book reader apps? I don't have Kindle, never bought from Amazon.. yeah yeah I know..

Please excuse my ignorance. What is a crystal set? Is that a reference to a radio?
I'm only 30 and not familiar with the term.

You're not ignorant, just young. Crystal Set radios were used a long time ago and it was the first radio that my brother and I listened to. It was in 1929 when we snuggled under the covers where we slept on an open screened porch in Washington D.C. I was three years old at the time and it is a strong memory of a mysterious and fascinating science. Some of my late brother's last words as he faded away were, " Yeah, I remember, we got Cincinnati." It was the dawn of the air transport industry at that time and I have been fortunate as a participant to see the dawn of the jet transport industry also. I tried to illustrate that in the title of the book.

As a boy, I built a crystal radio from a kit sometime in the late 1980's. Seemed Magical.
