Found a recent article about Nike's fleet of private jets and their cool custom hanger. As with all things Nike, they do it in style. Check it out and drool. And it all started with an idea for a better track shoe....I've seen Michael Jordon's Gulfstream, can't miss the Carolina Blue and Nike Air Jordan logo on the tail.
It's a very nice setup. Phil's new hangar is especially nice-- the airplanes have a great view out the window!
It's funny- I drive past the Nike hangars multiple times per week, and while I think they are very nice, I guess I wouldn't say that are epic or anything like that. They do have a lot of glass, which is unusual in hangars, and they are off on their own, away from most other buildings (although there are a bunch of old, ugly t-hangars right across the access road).
Yes the Flying Bull hangers in Salzburg are epic. they are a customer, so get to spend some time testing new rigs with them. Hanger 7 is open to the public, amazing museum and excellent restaraunt, not to be missed Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Another neat video of the airplane. Since I was too late for the propliner era, I find videos like this one to be very cool! [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tBc6FR7FuM[/ame]
Then there's the Lockheel Constellation of the same era: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/5/51/Superconstellation2594.jpg/1280px-Superconstellation2594.jpg Howard Hughes helped develop them for his TWA airlines. Eisenhower used the Connie as Air Force 1. Gorgeous airplane.
