What makes Lt McKnights crew so special that they don't have to attend briefings?

Hmm, Tibbits' plane had 400 fewer gallons of fuel.

Due to weight of the bomb?

    Very cool stuff! Thanks.

As a little aside, I've always had a problem with anything being scheduled for "24:00"..... OK, it's midnight, but on which day? ;)

Don't know if it remains the case, but the UK military would always say "23:59 on day x"

The Italians, always late of course, would say "00:01 on day x+1"

    :)

    Cheers,
    Ian

I had an international commercial flight with a departure at 0005 in the morning. I had to think about that for a while. Perhaps a few people missed the flight.
