There's a lot of fun to be had in such images.. If you don't mind me sharing one I made recently by setting up on approach and snapped a single frame of each plane at different point then threw them into panorama stitching software to create a single composite image properly exposed. These planes were consecutive landings only 5 min apart and nice variety from twin to jets with late afternoon sun picking them out nicely.. I put myself on the ground bottom right corner with camera on timer for a rare "selfie" in the very last frame Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's very cool... Thanks for sharing. I'm not near any very active runways nowadays othererwise I would love to try and make one of my own.
