OK, here's the "Who Landed Better" 747 edition. Leave a comment on YouTube or here. Asiana? NCA? Asiana Cargo?

Asiana Cargo. Undoubtably because the pilot wasn't distacted by the thought of the 18 or so smokin' hot Asiana stus working the tube. Asiana and Singapore stus were the best part of living in Asia. You got it right though, Lou. Self-loading cargo is a hasle!

Real close between NCA and Asiana Cargo. A tie.

All equally as good...They all walked away? Kidding aside Lou, thank you for posting your videos. I very much appreciate a first hand view(s) you provide.

    Stews?

What did they have to do with it?

    Didn't hear anything like that.

I think he is trying to say it is hard to concentrate on your final approach when the flight crew is getting lap dances from the stews ;)

    Yes, that's what he said.

But there was no info that the Asiana crew were fooling with the stews that I heard.

    Wondering where he heard that.

Classified report out of Republic of Korea Ministry of Transportation. Sorry I can't post a link but it's been well established that Asiana Airlines flight attendants distract pilots.

I find that very hard to believe... okay, maybe it happens, but doesn't seem likely in this particular accident, or the 777 in SFO.

The report you're citing sounds more like face-saving for the chief pilot and training department.

"Our crews are highly competent, and trained to the highest standard, it's just that they were distracted by the FAs." Yeah, right. An excuse to avoid looking in the mirror by flight ops management.

Yeah, well it wasn't obvious to me if they were even flying, or just sitting there with the APU running. However, assuming they were flying, they appeared to be in cruise, and while no doubt a violation of some sort of EASA reg, I don't see a lot of safety impact. No worse than two guys sitting up there using their laptops to bid next month's schedule...

Show me a video like that where they are on short final and maybe we'll have something to talk about.

Wholly smokes folks. Relax...it was all a joke. Read my first post this thread stating that IMO Asiana Cargo landed best vice Asiana Self-Loading Cargo. I joked that it was because the cargo guys had no hotties on board to distract them. That's it. All kinds of fun stuff happens from time to time, but I honestly can't imagine shenanigans during landing. Sorry I got everyone looking for articles and news about stewardesses messing with pilots during landing...fake news! Peace!
