Some Ferrari in that movie. One of them is a Fchatter car.

Style Over Substance, But That's OK
"But when the film's cylinders are firing, it's impossible not to be dragged along. The big set-pieces — a coke-fuelled lecture from an unscrupulous Matthew McConaughey, a squirm-inducing encounter between DiCaprio and Joanna Lumley on a London park bench, a Mediterranean cruise that goes horribly wrong and, most memorably, a grandiose slapstick sequence involving a sports car and a fistful of vintage quaaludes —are among the most memorable of Scorsese's career, rivalling 'Goodfellas' for sheer vitality. The result may not be the most measured take on the ongoing financial crisis, but it is without doubt the most entertaining." — Tom Huddleston, Time Out New York

    Hmmmm.....

"....grandiose slapstick sequence involving a sports car and a fistful of vintage quaaludes..."

    "vintage quaaludes" ?

Hey everyone, it was my TR in first place according to the agent who called me and offered me $1,000 for the day. Yes, they found me... But the next day, the agent called me and asked if my TR had a cassette player, I said what???? He said they want to know if your TR has a cassette player, I said no it does not. He said ok, how about if we install one in and take it back out, I said I don't have a problem with that. He called me back and said they found one with a cassette. Sorry... All that excitement but no cigar.

They know how to find you if you own something special they are looking for. The agent who called me, called me on my cell.

The Ferrari I was talking about is a black Mondial cab. It's J Goodman's car. Read the Mondial section.

I was told that my car was not going to be drive but Leonardo was going to sit in it. The agent told me he needed a white Countach and if that was found the TR would be ok. I sent in pictures of my silver beast, they loved it and next thing I heard they needed a cassette tape player in the car. Mine is 1990 as they were fine with that.

Damn that's so cool. Sorry if didn't work out. I still don't get how they find you though. Do you have your car regularly serviced by a dealer?

They used 2 because 2 different characters drove TRs. One red as driven by Alan Wilzig and one white as driven by Jordan Belfort.

Yes, I have Auto Gallery servicing my car. Frankly, I don't know how they found but this is the second time for me. The first I refused as my car was going to be driven.

For the $1000, would you really want to risk them damaging it? $10K maybe but not a G.

Because Jordan Belfort used to drive a white TR. It was a common site to see him cruising through Westhampton in the car.

Hold on guys, let me clarify:

It was not my car. It was only my wife saying "Hey honey I saw your car in the movie today." She knows full well it was not my TR, she was just being endearing.

Sorry I didnt make that clear.

As a former Hollywood propmaker, I would jump at the chance to have my vehicle in a movie or TV show. But unfortunately, nobody called me:)

well also in the beginning they had Jordan Belfort driving a red, then changed it to white TR midsequence. the point by Scorsese as DiCaprio narrated was how unreliable Belfort's account was of everything.
