Rifledriver: may I have a moment of your time

I tried to send Rifledriver a PM, but his PM allottment is exceeded (popular fellow). It has been suggested that he may know the definitive answer to my questions. I hope I am not out of line call ing for help this way. Here is the PM I tried to send:

Dear Rifledriver:

Tim, in the TR forum, suggested you may know how to access the ac condensor fans in the 512TR. Do I need to remove the front bumper? How about the condensor itself? Do I have to remove the condensor and thus open the system? Is there a secret access panel beneath the carpet in the front boot?
I keep blowing the 20 Amp fuse and need to repair/replace the fans. I have the Dave Helms fusebox upgrade. I have removed the access panels in both wheelwells with no sight of fans.
I hope you can help. I'm amazed no one has done this before. Even my local Ferrari mechanic has only done the job on an early testarossa.
