Imagine the year is 1986 And you were the first in your region to get a new testarossa Wow how glorious Congrats
Thanks so much everyone. It appears that the wheels may have been refinished at some point. I have all the records for this car since it was brand new and sold on 3/21/1986. The records show that the last owner before me purchased the wheels that are on the car now from a newer TR. The original metric wheels and tires were included in the sale. So I have those as well.
Oh that would have been great. I would have been the most popular kid in the region. Also probably the only kid not old enough to have a driver license with a TR
Hi Amir, do you prefer the red painted sills and spoiler over the original satin black? Mine came the same but I had them repainted original spec. Phil
Hi Phil, I am partial to the original as well. I will more than likely paint it back to original once I get a few scratches on the front lip!
Getting the engine out service now. Also getting a new alternator, new AC compressor while it's out. Water pump was rebuilt today as well. I can't get over how big the engine is!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Change your diff, and check your oil pump chain since it's out. Looks like you have an 86. Not to add extra thousands to your bill, but I recommend you do it....mine is in the shop right now, and I found a few surprises. One being the clip of the chain in the oil pan.
