Ok you know I have a car for sale... having an ad out there and fielding calls is like putting your finger on your vein and taking your pulse. This week alone the pulse rate went up....over a dozen calls..I feel it, as I have been offered more than my asking price...even dealers are calling me. The country is running out of super collectables at reasonable prices . The testarossa series is the end of the line for 12 cylinder F cars... You all call me crazy anyway, but I feel a Vibe...and its speeding up.
I did not agree to anyones offer as, the jump to light speed is upon the TR series. Next will be the testarossa's Blame it on the 512M , too much seperation btween M and TR..... its going to catch up now. then the TR will pull the testarossa up.
So it needs a service, and a diff , I"ll give you 40 grand right now, better take it because tomorrow I offer 35k
I have seen this car in person and it is worth every penny of that! IF it sells what next on your list?
I think so as well...I just took my 89 TR for a drive and had to just stop and photograph it...she is a lovely thing Image Unavailable, Please Login
Love the matte black rocker panels. Love the shieldless front fenders. Love the "16 factory alloys. Love the unmolested Testarossa! IMHO
Hello Msdesignltd, congratulations on your wonderful 512TR and the price you will get! I will be rolling over 5,000 miles this month alone. I'll be driving the Tail of the Dragon in Gattlinburg, TN, driving from Columbus, OH and back. Then going to Austin, TX for the Formula 1 Grand Prix and back. How do people buy a car like this and not drive it much?
I did not sell it I merely stating what people are willing to pay at this moment in time It is my perogative as when to hold and when to fold!
I read the entire post, did I miss the post where you stated an actual dollar amount of your highest offer? Being that you purchased the car as an investment & not a driver, your following statement in the for sale ad is counter-intuitive for selling the car now. "Currently priced at $199,000.00....You are dealing with the best of the best and without a doubt this car will be upwards of $300,000.00 within 12 months. Price: $199,000 obo" If you truly feel that in 12 months you would earn an additional $100,000.00 on your investment, to sell now, would not be financially advantageous nor in keeping with your 50% return in 1 year "without a doubt" assurance.

i dont want to be a jerk, but if i had a car for sale at a published price, and somebody came along and offered me more, the deal would be done. if the next guy came in and offered me more, i would tell the other guy and split the difference with him. etc. michael, if you are selling the car, just ****ing sell it.
Hello Ross; Completely agree with your statement, to list a car for sale & refuse a seller's full price offer & more, is both wasting buyers time & being disingenuous.
+1 He should have just listed it at a higher price with OBO..I think I would be kind of disappointed if I seen the ad stated 199.9K and I said I will take it and the seller says " Iam now selling to the higest bidder". I saw the car in Hemmings at 199.9...
Michael is becoming known for the "pump and dump"... even if the cars are nice examples, it is not becoming. I would just say to you keep the theatrics off this site.
I agree. Wtf man. Your using us like a dildo Put a car up for sale then hou get your asking price. Re-nig. Pumping your car up. I get it bro. But my ass is starting to hurt A little more and you will hear it. R
I had this feeling from when he posted his first car...The guy was full of ____ .Pump & Dump is exactly the proper term. The stories...the photos...the drama.....Stay tuned for the next car.... Please go away and spare us the BS
