I am trying to prepare my 86 TR for Cavallino and noticed that I have two different decals / stickers on my front wheels. Does anyone know which one is correct and where I can get the proper sticker? Incidentally, I tend to think the later, shorter block letters highlighted in green are incorrect as I have one rear wheel with the more stretched out decals of the first picture

I believe my 87 TR has Ferrari cast into the wheel. I know I saw the Ferrari logo and wheel size somewhere on the wheel. I think it is on the inside.

This is a late 86 as well, SN #66653. Car is at the shop getting a major done now so i can't take them off and check the wheel manufacturer, but two different wheel manufacturers could be a possibility. The car was supposedly 99 points at 2010 FCA national meet, so perhaps wheels were changed in the interim. I don't know but would appreciate any further info.

86 TR, Rossa Corsa/tan, SN #66653 single bolt 16 inch wheels were standard from the factory on this car. What I am finding out so far is it appears the 5 bolt wheels are made by two different manufacturers and the wheel size and Ferrari are cast into the wheel, not sure on the single bolt 16" wheels though

Here is what I have learned to date on the 16" single bolt knock off wheels.

I have purchased all four wheels (not from the same place.....) over the last two weeks and they have arrived... I made sure the Ferrari Part number decal was on the front of the wheels and that the casting numbers for front and back respectively matched...

All 4 have this in the casting in the back "IBE-T4" with three funny shapes arranged in a triangle... (anyone want to shed light on what this is... Manufacture?)

numbers on front decal and back casting are as follows

    Front wheel
    Ferrari Part 133213

    Casted into back 123152
    0616107
    C.47.6

    Back Wheel
    Ferrari Part 133214

    Casted in Back 123153
    0616108
    C.73

Currently the only matching set of available rubber is from BFG.... not my favorite but I can live with it...

Here are three pic comparing a rear TRX to a 16"....

Worth mentioning is that on the 5-lug wheels the O.Z. and Speedline wheels look identical on the front with one exception: the wheel size markings. Both are cast into the outside face of the wheel however the Speedline wheel is marked as 10.00"Jx 16" and the O.Z. wheel is marked as 10J x16". Otherwise no difference. I don't know if this difference is on the single-lug wheels or not. I was not aware any original 1st Gen TR wheels had decals

Is one manufacturer more preferred over another? (O.Z. vs Speed line)?

Not that I am aware of--never heard any + or - between the two vendors.

Everything that I have seen on this thread seems to indicate wheels had cast "Ferrari" and size of wheel as well ----- Does no one have any pictures of single bolt wheels with just a decal like the first picture in this thread? Incidentally, my 512 BBi has a decal like the first picture of the first posting of this thread, with the exception of the metric sizing afterwards.
