Seat belt disco button????

there's gotta be buttons floating around out there. That seems like a ton of money for the assembly.

 

Try scrap yards like FERRPARTS or EUROSPARES

 

Here's a long shot. Has it had its recall service done? If not, BAM, new everything.

Some other options:
1) Buy this set for 1/2 the dealer price Factory Ferrari Testarossa 512 TR 512M Seat Belt Kit 67787900 New | eBay
2) Call various dealers and see if they still have any recalled units laying around--they can't sell the old parts but they may be willing to work with you on a button.
3) Contact "Verell" on this board (he owns Unobtanium Supply) and see if he will mold one for you using your other side as a sample. He can tint the molding material red to match the OEM part.
4) 3D print it--not sure if red plastic stock is available but I'd bet it is.
