    Are these numbers right?

"In total, Ferrari built 365 GT4 BB’s between 1974-1976 and approximately 400 512BB’s and BBi’s from 1976-1985. This carbureted version was purchased by the consigner in 1980. Currently wearing red exterior paint, it is thought to have originally been delivered in silver. The low mileage of 19,530 miles is thought to be from new. Inside this right-hand drive example, you’ll find black leather Daytona seats, black carpets, power windows, and a Blaupunkt stereo. It is fitted with Michelin XWX tires on 7.5x15 front and 9x15 rear wheels. A spare set of wheels is also included with the purchase."

Interesting to see what a right hand drive version will go for? We know nothing about this car's service history. We know the auction house knows jack ****e about boxers. My bet is this car sells on the low side of the estimate unless three is something I am not seeing.

    Good day All,

    Just adding documentation...

Someone please confirm the chassis number, as by the one small pic with my eyes shows it to be chassis 28053... but the 1978 advertised at Scotti had chassis number 23665... which seams like a big chassis number "gap" for a single model year difference.

Also, the speedo has been changed at some point, as it has its speed emphasized as MPH instead of KM/H.

    Cheers,

    Sam

Two low prices, what was the deal with these cars, were they unrestored ropey machines with slick paint?

Seems to me RA is a place to buy a Ferrari, maybe not sell one. My impression is although it is RM, it's not like the other auctions. Just my two cents.

the bubble...I honestly don't think so. not the right car being a RHD. not the right condition. not the right auction house. weak number.

not to be seen as a leading indicator of the bursting bubble.

Those pictures make the car look very rough. Rusty exhaust and other areas, looks like a hose is missing on rad, interior looks dead. It probably needs loads of work and paint. Did anyone actually look at this car and hear it run?

$280k could be strong money for this car.
