I use an electric leaf blower to dry my car. Zero chances of swirl marks from contaminants. If you get the Toro one, its red and you can put Scuderia Shield on it to make you feel pimp.

Pretty towels though, great for the man cave Lavatory.

Ah yes, I'll have to try my leaf blower to dry my black 512 TR! Good idea!

Another advantage to using a blower is that it blasts all the water out from underneath all the trim pieces, nooks and crannies and rubber gaskets.

I second the leaf blower talk too - it gets in the hard to reach areas where water collects. Just make sure your electrical cord isn't frayed or BZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

Forget low drying and Water on your car altogether.....Discover dry washing....it's the ONLY way to go. Water is for fish...and ducks....not ferrous metals.

So John, what products do you use to "dry wash" and not create scratches and swirling?

If I am going to drive the car right after washing I might dry it with the microfiber ADAMs white waffle towels .. but if I am not going to drive it the leaf blower is much better as it gets water out of everywhere if used right so the car gets dried better..
