    bearings in the cam drive lower section were not installed correctly.
    Among many other items.
    The car went to another shop, they tore the engine down and started over.

    cam drive lower section?
    bearing for timing belt?
    parts number please if possible

    something damaged?

    Now that's what we call in the biz "infant mortality". That sucks. Good luck and it hope the original shop takes responsibility for it.
