    Unfortunately I don't have an owners manual. Can someone help me with the function of the 3rd seat toggle release??? When released I can't get it to do anything on driver or passenger seat. 1990 Testarossa.

    It's the quick release to allow you to hinge the seat back forward to access behind it.

    I've noticed on mine that you need to get the release all the way up to get it to work.
    A little more pressure than the other two.

    Take the seat out and adjust it. Easy to do when you look at it...

    You might also put new Pirelli straps in while you are at it....
