    Hello All,
Was changing the front light bezel on my 90 TR because it had a crack in it...when removing the screws I noticed that only half of them had the plastic washers on them. I called several parts places and it seems they're no longer available. So I am going to tool up a replacement part. Does anyone know what the material is? I think nylon, but before spending the money, I want to make sure I make them out of the correct material or something suitable for the application. Any information is appreciated.

Ace Hardware has various size plastic washers you can start with to "tool up".

OSH also has a good selection. But Home Depot ran my local OSH out of town.

The actual part has a .400" OD with a .280" ID and is about .030" thick.

"Orchard Aerospace" Thats a great description. Now if im lucky, I just search the surrounding bins in the pull out drawer at HD. Chances are some other customer just put the bag of metric bolts im looking for three slots over.
