I have come across a set of 456 wheels. I am told that they fit the Testarossa.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct?

Hi Phil - The wheel offsets are off by 25mm in the rear according to what I have for wheel sizes:

    Testarossa

    Five Spoke 16”, 5 X 108 mm
    Front 8J x 16 ET 34.2 mm, Rear 10J x 16 ET 59.6 mm

    456 GT/456M

    Five Spoke 17”, 5 X 108 mm
    Front 8.5J X 17 ET 50 mm, Rear 10J X 17 ET 24.6mm

I am afraid they will stick out too far in the rear. The stock 360 Starfish wheels have a 39mm offset and they stick out past the wheel lip a little. The 456 wheels will be worse. The fronts may need a spacer to get the wheel out into the wheel well properly.

Tobbe, I can't try them on my car as I have single bolt wheels.
I was told that they fit Testarossa 5 bolt wheels so I thought that I would ask if anyone has any knowledge. I don't want to sell something that is not a correct fitting - simple.

No Mel. These are five bolt wheels and mine are SINGLE bolt wheels so that I cannot even offer them up to the car :(

They look mighty pretty wheels though. My guess is that when the new law comes in about winter and summer tyres in Europe, someone will want these as a spare pair for the seasons driving.

About the wheels you'd like to sell - are they 5-bolt or single bolt?

We have an 86 Testarossa that needs a set of original wheels - silver color/star pattern.

    thx
