Hi Does anyone have the physical rough size of a tr engine with a gearbox ? I should be getting a spare with my car which are being shipped - I am tight for space in the garage Any help gratefully received Thanks
Well this is just very rough - but I`ve just measured: 110 cm longitudinally - front to rear (without thermostat housing and pipes which are removable so from essentially a/c pulley - to that shiny heatshield on back of the clutch case housing). That`s not including the silencer, which I guess is removed? 80 cm width - more or less cam cover to cam cover. 75 cm height - which is from bottom of exhaust manifolds which seem to be lowest point on my car to top of intake with the testarossa script on. Like I say that`s rough - could be out 5cm either way. That`s on my UK `86 btw. Dom
