Hello my testarossa is running well , idle good , and accelerates with no issues . But when it stops i.e. At traffic lights you can feel it's shaking like u are in the boat (left right left right) . Other than this the car runs very well , no idling issue. What can it be the problem ? The engines mount ?? But the steering wheel and gear knob is not jerking

is the engine shaking only when you push the brake pedal? then it will get wrong air somewhere.
or is it shaking also when you don´t push the pedal?

I was thinking of that too but the steering wheel and gear knob is not shaking ... Strange !!!!.....so I thought probably it's not the mount

I don't the the steering would shake. I don't see why it would, except in front drive cars

if the engine is shaking without getting wrong air it is then a problem of too lean mixture or missfiring
check the HC in the exhaust gases

Somebody should observe the ass of the car and report what he sees and hears ...

Go to a big parkingplace, drop the observer, drive round fast and stop with him.

You could even tell him to open the engine lid ... and let him make a short film with Phone ... do that several times ..

Joe , when you mentioned getting wrong air does it mean I will hear a lot of HISSssssss sound at that engine bank ? I took a video of that ... How to solve that issue ? It's that cause by vacuum leak ? Or tuning ?

on the left side it sounds like sucking wrong air
take some start pilot or fuel in a spray bottle and spray on the intake manifold ( not when hot, only when warm, also not too much ), then you will see/hear how the idle will change and you will find the leak
good luck and be carefull, not that the car will burn down :)

Thanks a lot !!! I used my finger to check on the rubber before I spray carb cleaner to test those area cannot be reached .. This is what I found !! The rubber hose splited . Now the problem is probably the hose is too old and the pipe is too big , after I trim the rubber hose and re insert it splits again so looks like I have to change the hose . And btw may I check after replacing the vacuum leak do I need to retune the engine ??

you only change the hose, or you may cut the wrong part if it is long enough?
that is all, and drive of course :)
