valve seals? so you mean those seals on the valve guides?
steem diameter ofthe valves is 7 mm, where the seals go on the guides I don´t know the diameter

you may have a look t a motorcycle shop, a lot of motorcycles with 800 ccm an dmore have valve shaft with 7 mm

If you tell us what type of valve stem seal you want I might have a part number for you. If you really want those terrible Teflon seals I won't be able to help. I just say no to Teflon seals.

Thanks , I read from the internet that there is Viton stem seal supposed to be better than the rubber stem seal . So if you do have part number for that will be good . Btw Is the Teflon stem seal always in white ?

...and will cold flow. I have not used it in valve stem seals before - and would need to be convinced before using it.

What is your experience with teflon? Good? Bad? How about over time and mileage?

Viton is a bit harder than buna - but otherwise has great properties. Some applications are better suited to buna. Note the "moderate" short term resiliance.

you may see the difference between O-rings and valve seals with different materials
viton O-rings are the best I think, but only because the O-rings are in a nut and cannot move much. valve seals have not to get fixed and viton I think is too hard for valve seals?

best I ever had for the old V12 F engines ( colombo serie ) are the seals from the old german NSU TT, those seals have been made of rubber and the inner diameter for the valve stems have been teflon, but only available for 8 mm valvestems

We thought they worked fine in the 70's but we figured out we were wrong.

Viton has proven to be best.

I use a lot of 2 numbers of seals. One fits all the 4 valve heads and one fits all the 5 valve heads. If this number is for the 5 valve I apologize because it is the only one I can find right now.

    It is U.S. Seal #VS518V
    It fits some 1.6L Nissan
