I am very disappointed in you. I thought you were one of the more knowledgable people here when it comes to the Testarossa/512TR/F512M series. This is one of just 3 factory cars to come with the uber rare "Egg Cooker" or "Uovo Cucina" option.

The 12 holes are spots for a dozen eggs, and as per the factory manual addendum:

"3 minutes at 3,000 rpm for soft centers, and 8 minutes at 4,500 rpm for hard centers"

I heard of that option. Finally nice to see it. How many were produced with this rare option. Lol.

I hate to say this....but that makes a lot of sense.

I can't figure out why Ferrari puts their metal (conducts heat) air boxes right in front of the exhaust muffler.

I was just thinking about making something like this over the weekend. Or, at least something to shield each air box. With the extra 3 hp, I will be unstoppable!

 

For only an extra $35,000 he could have gotten the "McMuffin produttore" option...
