My right turn signal isn't working. Nothing at the dash or front and rear lights. Bulbs front and rear seem fine. Nothing on emergency flashers on right side. Left works fine. Any ideas?

Try unplugging/inspecting/reseating the k horizontal white connector on the fuse-relay panel -- the terminal with the two A (light blue) wires is where/how the +12V signal gets from both the turn signal switch and the emergency flasher switch to the front and rear RH turn signal bulbs. (Your emergency flashers also not working on the RH side is a sign that the trouble is not at the turn signal switch.)

Well, that's unfortunate because that the only easily fixable place that, alone, can cause the symptom that you report (LH turn works, LH emergency works, RH turn doesn't work, RH emergency doesn't work). The next level is to use the voltmeter -- with the RH turn signal "on" (or the emergency flasher "on") with everything plugged in:

    1. The voltage on the terminal in the k connector with the two A (light blue) wires should be +12VDC versus ground (this is the +12V command signal coming from either the turn signal switch or the emergency flasher switch),

    2. The voltage on the terminal in the j connector with A (light blue) wire should be +12VDC versus ground (this goes to the RH rear turn signal bulbs),

    3. The voltage on the terminal in the b connector with A (light blue) wire should be +12VDC versus ground (this goes to the RH front turn signal bulbs).

If you can measure those three things, it would determine what to do next (and, if you pass #1, but fail #2 and #3, that would be a bad sign for the fuse-relay panel PCB itself unless the connections in both the b and j connector are/were simultaneously bad).

They appear to now be working, with the exception of the instrument rt signal indicator. Of all the bulbs to burn it had to be the one that is the most fun to change.
