I can get it when I get home in an hour or two. Semi-unique screws, I had one that was stripped and ended up buying a package of 10 (I think) from Bosch so I have extras--do you need me to send you some? They did change the head from Phillips to Torx--works better.

they are always hard to get out.
I use a hand impact wrench
when one is broken you can not use a drill to get the rest out. they are hardened. if all are broken then you can move the solenoid away, warm the housing and remove the rest with a grip pliers

Agree. I'm not sure about other sections but this one is something special. I'm glad we have so much knowledge and members ready and willing to help and share. Good stuff.

Screws not broken just stripped the screw head. I've had good success drilling out the screw head. After that the remainder of the screw comes right off. One last ditch effort with a good soak of pb blaster. The heads are all mucked up. 302tim coming thru in the clutch. Your input as always greatly appreciated.

For sure. Working and driving this car brings back a lot of memories. She is addicting. When I got behind the wheel it took me 2 shifts and I was back on the saddle. I was even driving her bare foot because my sandals were folding up. I didn't care. Bare foot and all I was gettin off. Lol

If you get stuck you can always try a Cobalt drill to remove the heads, they drill what hss drills dont touch- use a good cutting oil
