Is this a sign of a tampered with or odometer rollback?

    Couldn't see your pic but from memory, I read that tampering would show up as an abnormally straight alignment.

    I could not see your pic either. Mis-aligned numbers could be caused by driving the car with the speedo disconnected. The vibration that occurs while driving and the odometer not being connected loosens the tension on the odometer gears. If you drive the car alittle and the odometer moves a few digits it should straiten back out.

    It looks like it's turning over from 89 to 90. I dont see a problem.
