    I'm currently restoring the front end and I've taken off the A/C condenser shield panel, which doesn't seem right. There is one hole for one of the bolts which is missing, so I think the original may have been broken and it was replaced. If anyone can take a photo of one (it's on the left side wheel arch in front of the wheel) that would confirm this......thx

    Mine (1988) is attached with four bolts and one screw--the bolts are correct and although it seems out of place I believe the screw is also correct as I have seen it on at least one other TR

    Thank Tim, Mine has the same holes, but a little different, maybe the earlier models were different, (see attached ). Is your's made of metal?

    No, mine is fiberglass with a metal grill

    Mine's fiberglass as well, no metal grill. Maybe it was changed to metal grill with later models?
