I started the full interior restoration on my 1983 BBi, same interior shop that works on my 1960 Ferrari's. Attached are some photos of the car post taking apart the original interior. I had a few questions as I am looking for a few parts, specifically a new parking brake grip and new stainless steel door sill running boards, does anyone know where I can locate these parts? I will post more images once the car is finished.

I will be removing the aluminum peddles but keeping the Alcantara dash which was just finished prior to me purchasing the car. I think the matte material looks great on the compound curves of the dash.

Coloration for the interior will be Black, Gray and Red.

    Scott,
Looks like an excellent job on the older Ferrari. I was at a Modena Italy car show in September, There was a vendor showing his upholstery work. It was a 72 Lambo, perfect job. Very impressive craftsman in Italy.

Might want to check with Bryan at T Rutlands and the guys at Motion Products to see if anyone is reproducing either of those part numbers. MPI is mostly earlier cars but they may know if someone is making them.

Hi Scott, great project thanks for sharing it. Parking Brake is same as Fiat 124 Sports and Ferrari 308s so not too hard to source the grip (generally a couple on ebay). I had a sheet metal shop fabricate the SS door sill covers. Was not a difficult job for them. All the best with the interior resto. Sean

I love those seats. Looks beautiful. I too changed from solid tan to tan/blk inserts and I think it's a significant change which looks great.
