    I just cant stand it I have decided that black 512 BBi just look amazing. I guess now that the interior was just finished and not installed yet its the perfect time to just finish/restore the whole car and also change to black.

    The car will then be black over black with red inserts and light gray carpet, Alcantara dash. Important to have light carpet I think it opens up the black interior.

    Pics of black cars that sold me on the color change, and my new seat which I already posted...

    I've heard the a/c on the 512bb's is woefully inadequate. A black/black car in the summer may be less enjoyable than a lighter colored one. Just a thought.

    I just charged my AC last June with R12, it blows ice cold. I can drive it in the summer with AC on and I'm okay. Car is black.

    I don't think it is the color as much as the windshield rake which make the car warm, along with the coolent running under you and 12 cyl right behind your neck. Yeah, they get warm in the summer, but what fun on a cold morning.

    Have to say the Miura looks stunning.
