Agreed and a french market car if you put in yellow headlights and a Kms only speedo. Im betting it was converted and unconverted.
So a really nice BBi is under 300k ask. This would have been a sale between 350-400K at peak. Whats the real price on a 458 these days.
Good day Paul, Given your observation it is interesting how it is "Ferrari Classiche Certified". I guess there are little things that are missed or perhaps not even considered for Classiche Certification. Not to derail the thread, but really how much weight does being Classiche Certified really add? Well... we have this car (47019) that is stated to be Classiche Certified and it is offered at just under $300K. We also have a very similar car (47189 listed in the other thread) and it is offered by the same (Ferrari Authorized) dealer for $295K. If the cars are approximately in the same basic condition then Classiche Certification would appear to fetch about $5K more (about 1.7% more value)... which is very little in terms of the overall valuation of these cars. I recognize that this is a very small and perhaps unique comparison, but it does provide an interesting data point about Classiche's added value in the market. Cheers, Sam
It means its not a kit car and thats about it, oh and you're $5000 poorer but you get a red binder! A non-matching drivetrain car can be certified and a partially undone DOT conversion can too.
