The first pictures about the new Aston Martin Lagonda are here. What a magnificent gorgeous car! What do you think? Aston Martin Lagonda supersaloon gets official with first delivery - Autoblog
It's a fresh design. I really quite like it. For some reason I see some E38 BMW 7 series in it (a seriously good thing as I reckon that was the best designed executive saloon car).
The front must look killer in real life. Rear looks weird. Aren't they supposed to be very, very expensive? Someone's going to have an extremely cool daily driver...
Here they are, plenty of new pictures of the new AM Lagonda. I really like it. What do you think? Aston Martin Lagonda official pics revealed - pictures | 9 | Auto Express
One word: Disappointing. Who's idea was it to recycle the front grille from a Ford Focus? And why are the rest of the features so bland? OK, I see a really steeply raked windshield, but the rest of the lines... If it didn't have an AM badge on the back, it could be mistaken for an upmarket Hyundai. Seriously, I would buy and restore one of the iconic 80's Models before I would think about this. I can fix electronics. I can't fix boring.
my thought about the ford focus...No hard on here. The current car on sale are better looking and so is the shooting brake zagato.
I hate coming down hard. But I'm getting Chrysler 300 out of it. The Rapide is just intoxicating though. So. I don't get it.
First 10 seconds I loved it….then I really started looking closely, and after a couple minutes of looking at all the pictures, I'm not impressed at all
I think the Rapide is a much nicer looking car, not sure about this one. The front seems kind of mashed together.
S-class is for 'poor' people. The Aston is not intended for them. It is for Aston aficionados who have unlimited funds, and they don't give two ****s about the issues raised in this thread. They'll sell every one of the very few they plan on making. This is not a 'comparison shop' car.
A million $ for a car with average performance, looks, mediocre ride, roominess and comfort sub BMW 7 series and the exclusivity being the only advantage over other luxury cars.
Oh, I'm sure they'll sell them all just fine in the Middle East, but the fact remains that this car is overpriced garbage.
Its an attractive design but not $1 mil worth particularly with the huge depreciation inherent in most Astons. The Rapide is more like it. Not sure what this Lagonda has over any other luxury sedan priced at 1/10th the value.
