    I thought I would ask the board about their opinion of the value of an Aston-Martin '78 V8 Vantage (US Spec) engine?

    I am moving to the west coast and I am trying to unload as many things as possible. The 5.3 litre engine has been sitting in a crate in the back of our climate controlled garage here in Northern VA for almost 20 years and is still in excellent condition.

    V/540/1880/LFM from V8/1880/LCAV

    Mileage is about 69,000.

    The engine came off my Series 1 Vantage when I bought a European Vantage engine from RS Williams in the U.K. almost 25 years ago.

    I sold the car sometimes ago and the engine has been sitting in my A/C garage ever since.
