Leaning post-launch DB11, don't love the mandatory launch car options. Mistake not to go with Vanquish?

DB11 without any hesitation, everything about this car is better then the Vanquish with it's old technology.

Vanquish will be king once more after the update (and rumored 700+hp)

If I was trying to decide between the two, I would elect to wait for update...

Vanquish over DB11, any day. Any 'technology' difference between the two is minor and inconsequential to the pleasure derived from owning one. NA v12 over a TT v12, regardless of the small power increase of 35 hp.

One is limited numbers and the flagship. One is the everyday typical production...

    I say vanquish.

Look at older vanquish values vs db7...

Used Vanquish now at $150K under MSRP, keep it a year and let the DB11 fall $50-100K under MSRP, then buy DB11 for one year while you wait for the new Vanquish to do the same.

Net results: Owned all 3 cars, saved hundreds of thousands of dollars.

    Thanks to all who replied.

Went to the dealership this afternoon and drove a Vanquish - that's all it took. Ordered a car for expected delivery in October or November. Will finish the spec this week after a build slot is confirmed. A beautiful, old school, 12 cylinder GT. Couldn't resist.
