This will demolish anything near its price point from a performance standpoint. It will also depreciate like a stone.

Well, 570S and 675LT have solid residuals. Seems like the 12C/650S might just be a one-time thing.

570 is priced well I think and it just came out. 675 will be a 300 k car next year, they're already moving for 350. And it's a limited production run similar to a 458 speciale. Speciale prices are going nowhere but up.

570S is over a year old. I remember test drives last winter. Most used cars are only $20-30K under sticker unless they were ridiculously spec'd.

675LT might be a 300K car next year, but again, it will be 2 years old by then. Right now the cheapest one online is asking $350K and has 11K miles on it. Next cheapest on cars.com is $380K. LT was hardly limited. It was quite easy to get. They made 500 coupes and 500 Spiders, which is actually nearly a full year's allocation for car so late in the life cycle.

For 675LTs to be going for $350K+ after a year is pretty solid considering how expensive it is.

Speciale prices aren't going anywhere but down. Check the prices. Can find them all day way under MSRP.

I have a buddy who just sold his LT, didn't move at $380 list so he sold for $360 with only 4,100 miles. And where are you seeing speciales under msrp? In all seriousness. Cheapest I see are high $300's.

Unlike the 12c, they've kept inventories very low. Look at Cars.com. Only about 30 total new and used.

As usual Mac owners drive their cars more miles per year than F car owners -- which is a good thing.

Start?! I feel like we've been in one for nearly a decade now. Dodge sedans have 700+ hp! We have to be near an end i would think.

Can be had much cheaper in Europe. US Ferrari market is unique and nothing like the rest of the world.

A one year old LT at $360K with 4K miles is normal.

Which makes me wonder why the Ford Gt has "only" 600. For a car costing $400,000 you would think they would want to be 100 HP more given the market today.

Can't be cheap to register a Euro Ferrari in the states though? I'm speaking practically because I would sell my 458 and get a speciale but not for $400k.

You will note that Ford always said more than 600HP. 700 is more.

It is obvious to me that you have never driven one, much less owned one. If you had, you would realize that they are MUCH more.
    I have 24,000 smiles on my 2014 12C and I love it.

Don't mind Igor. I'm pretty sure he's never driven a single car even mentioned on this entire forum.

Well that doesn't help much then. If USA prices on Speciales are high, then for me, all Speciales might as well be high.

Most high end cars now are magical in some way. Despite whatever flaws they may have. We are living in a great age for nice things in general.

They've made 2 and taken orders for over 100 and have yet to tell us what the HP numbers are aside from "over 600".

More a question of how one measures performance. Hp is an easy number to sell, but becoming increasingly irrelevant.

I would venture to guess that the track performance difference bettween a 570 and a 675 is almost all due to tires suspension and aero, not the hp difference.

On these overpowered moderns the electronics just dials it all back to a level where there is still grip especialy on corners. Turn off the elctronics and you can smoke the tires in a 570 at 120, so what does the extra HP do.

The Ford is probably a lot lighter, better aero etc.

A better fasetr car may not necessarily be a more powerful car, sad that power sells so easily because in so many other ways it compromsies the product, the veyron being exhibit A.

I know i woudl ratehr be drivign a "slower" porche GT3 than a faster Turbo.

Many regard the 570 as the more enjoybale car to drive compared to the 650.
