I wasn't looking to buy. I don't think there is Bentley dealership in Portland. But this car really caught my eyes and am really starting to like it. Are they reliable? Would appreciate any input from previous owners or those with experience.

    Thanks.

2005 was much improved and more reliable but the best one is 2007 to 2009, best engine and transmission, bulletproof reliability.

OMG, that one is perfection! So classy and sharp. I love these cars and this one is the best one I've seen - love the interior!!! Wish I could help more.
    STUNNING!

I own an Arnage. The "R" (like the one you are looking at) and the "T" are much improved over the Red Label cars of 2000-2002. The cars are generally reliable (again, the 2000-2002 seem to be an unfortunate exception). But service items are expensive. The cars are hard on brakes, rotors and suspension bushings. These parts will need to be replaced at somewhat regular intervals and the parts are only available from Bentley (no real cross-reference alternatives) and prices are eye watering (expect to pay $500 per rotor for e.g.). Also, expect about 10 miles to the gallon.

These are my only gripes. Yet, I am quick to overlook them every time I get behind the wheel. A truly fantastic car.

Appreciate it. Spot on, and is what I want to hear. Really thought about getting it for the wife/family (but she is more "practical" and wanted Mercedes E350). My main concern is we don't have a Bentley dealer although I think there should be an independent
shop specializing in British cars in Portland.

Definitely try and stretch to an '05 Arnage, lots of changes/improvements. As previous poster said, 07-09 also improved a lot.
