hmmmm.....seems lots of places that sold 100 are discontinued. May have to drive the mighty Golf TDi. lol

Eddie and I were discussing this a few months ago but decided to see what happened with "Cappuccino and Coffee" out in Riverside. I think that died, at least is was dead when I went out to it. I feel it was too far East, not centrally located enough to draw in a crowd.

We discussed an Ontario area, once-a-month C&C on a Sunday. LATE morning, seemed to be ideal. Sunday, so as not to compete with C&C Irvine, LATE morning, so as not to compete with Sunday morning sleep. Maybe a drive before or after for those who want to stretch their cranky-shut-in exotic's legs.

I think the area has a sufficient number of cars/enthusiasts to support it. Ontario is the kind of city that realizes the value in such things, so maybe with CNC and a few others it is worth looking into further. I think it would be a lot like a CNC open house, but without them (CNC) having the full burden... It sounds good to me, but I'm just a simple country bumpkin who is easily attracted to shinny objects and fanciful pursuits. Any others want to weigh in?

But seriously, we do need a C&C type activity/venue and I am sure that the community here is big enough to support it.

Make that four, guys. I'd be interested in getting together once in a while. Coming from Hemet is a bit of a drive, but not too bad, especially on a Sunday. If you all wanted to take a drive further east sometime in the future, I know some great roads in the IE. Henry
