    Hi everytime I try to close the hard top my back trunk opens :s sometimes it doesn't but most of the time when I close the hardtop it suddenly opens

    Sounds like you have some sort of linkage issue that the dealer needs to sort under warranty

    I had the same problem, very easy fix by your dealer. They just need to adjust the second sensor that is on ( or near ) the trunk. The sensor opens the trunk if it thinks the clearance is too little. Something like that :)

    Never had the problem again, but then it is 20 degrees here so the roof has not gone down lately.

    Mine (the 2010) did that once in a while, and the dealer adjusted it and all was well, nothing to worry about, just take it in for adjustment.

    mine developed a roof problem, and the beep beep beep warning light on the dash nearly drove me crazy :)

    The dealer fixed it easily

    Looks like its a common problem

    Check to see if black plastic flap isn't misaligned. This is where the trunk latch is found in between the two silver skid plates

    I'm also having this problem. I guess a quick dealer visit wouldn't hurt. Perhaps they can solve my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT problem too, blah.
