Jason, how much stiffer are the Novitec springs compared to the OEMs?
I don't want to radically change the ride of my car but would like to lower it to give the car a more poised look. And what height setting would you use for urban driving with its share of speed bumps and the odd pothole?

Overall it was a good buy." Regarding ride height, people usually do a 30mm drop which is about 1-1/8" lower than stock. You will have some things you will hit more than you did before so some customers upgrade to the hydraulic front suspension from Novitec so you can raise the front height 40mm to clear speed bumps and driveways. If you opt not to do that I don't think you will have any real issues. We have sold a ton of these springs and only some customers that have done the front lip spoilers have a clearance issue.

Thanks Jason, I was guessing a 30mm drop would be the limit for me. My car is actually due to arrive sometime next month so I'll look into how much I want to lower it by after I have a chance to break her in. I don't plan on adding anything extra to the front lip.
My car will also have the magnetic dampers. Are the F5 888 03 springs priced the same as the F5 888 05 for the standard dampers? BTW, the second customer comment you posted seems to imply the customer had to level the rear to the front after the springs were added. Did he not have all four corners swapped at the same time or was it because of additional effects of sidewall height differences between the F/R tires? On the topic of tires, I was also intrigued by the NFS wheels and tires you have on offer in the other thread. I'll post another question there.
