I am sure you can get those worthless run-flats.

I'm also sure you could get Michelin or Pirelli. I too would say no to run flats, too harsh of a ride. I am a Pirelli fan, they are very predictable, both cold and hot. Michelin may stick better under race conditions, I don't know, but they are very unpredictable when not hot. I know having had both on a Cali over the years. I'm now back to PZero's for the summer.

You failed to think about driving in SNOW ... Pirelli SottoZero's are mandatory for even 1/4 inch of snow. Your Cali will depreciate less parking it in the winter but your adrenalin level will drop dangerously low too :D

Looks like it's the same options as for the non-T.

    19":
    Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position
Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 (Not to be mistaken for Pilot Super Sport)
    Pirelli P-Zero

Be aware that the Pilot Sports are way slipperier than the Super Sports, and they are quite slippery when cold. Both will last WAY longer than the PZero's but as I said are unpredictable when not very hot. So, if saving money on tires is what you want then stick with the Michelin tires!

Are the Bridgestones any good? I live in Atlanta, and am getting the 20" wheels, so am leaning towards the Bridgestones for the tire life (unless they are crap, which I am inclined to believe would not even make them an option from Ferrari then, right?).

Hey Keith, I ran Potenza on my Porsches and they were great, another great tire is the Sumis, do not know if they are made in our size?

i have bridgestone on my 2010 Cali and they are fine. i have put over 35k miles on the car although i have gone through a few sets of tires, but they are fine. Pirelli will wear out in the south pretty quickly
