None here in the states. A handful built for Europe in the models first year of production. And yes, I've seen the pix.

Yes, as in clutch. I remember hearing only two were ever sold, and apparently one were right hand drive.

I'm guessing something like this would cost lots of $$$ ? Has anybody done it on a F12?

the last Ferrari using a 3 pedal was the California. The 458 didnt have the option.

3 california with pedals were sold. 3.

1 was for england. Have no idea why they owners would sell them anyway.

7 calis with manual, but all 2009.
the last f car with a manual is a 599 built june 2011, is in the usa.

yes i know of a 3 pedal cali. i helped a friend buy it and have first dibs. but i have not pulled the trigger since i am unsure of where they might get valued in the future.

PLease link to me where they say it was 7. My sources say 3 and I'd like to correct them if they are wrong.

And with "car" I meant "model". So since the 599 is an "earlier" model than the Cali I said the last "car".

i dont have a link. but this issue has been discussed at some length over multiple threads, and we sort of counted up the ones we knew about. i personally have seen one, and have seen photos of 2 other LHD ones, and the one RHD posted, so that is 4 already. the dealer at the time my friend bought his, told me he thought they had or would make 5-10 overall. some of the threads have said 6, some have said 7, and i have heard 7 more than other numbers, so i am going with that for the moment.

k, so no certain numbers for the both of us.

It surprises me, cuase Id think, since there is a niche market for these cars, that the few 3 pedals calis would be little celebrities. And that there was sure news of where they are and who owns them.

i havent driven it - unfortunately. he drove it, and its always hard to tell about a manual car when somebody else is doing the shifting. it made the right sounds, and accelerated well, but he is not the smoothest shifter i know ;)

    As we already know....

the people who buy with pedals are either :

-looking for a car that depreaciates less cause the little niche they belong too is always looking only for those and demand is not maybe high but constant.
-looking for a car that costs less to repair when the transmission/gearbox fails.(like buying a new BMW 1 Series with the 1.6 gasoline engine to save money, genius.jpg)
-people who think they change faster than a 2 cluthes gearbox, genius.jpg

i dont know what motivates others, but the issue with my friend was that he had always imagined himself in an open ferrari doing the shifting. so i could not talk him into a closed car with a manual, or an open car with an f1; and i was explaining this to the dealer, and he came up with this car. bingo.

frankly, for an in-town driver i much prefer a manual to an f1 box. parking is easier, precise movements are easier, reversing is easier etc.

andrew, you opened this thread. IF you actually found a 3 pedal cali, what would you pay for it over and above the value of a normal cali? i am just trying to get an idea of the market.

This car took HR Owen St Albans ages to get rid off. I could remember it sitting on the forecourt for months 😔
