On days when it rains on my way to my warehouse, occasionally there is standing water which could be 6" or so deep (drainage is poor). Drivingt my Mercedes, it is no problem to go thru slowly thru the water, however i know the Cali engine is lower to lower the CG. Is there any issue going thru the water with the car?

I recall photos of the Cali that got stranded and eventually "drowned" in Toronto last year. I would definitely stay away.

While the air intakes may clear 6 inches the splitter and air dam could kick up enough spray to get water ingested into your turbo engine - cough, cough, goodbye engine! IMO, it's not worth the risk.
