I ordered a CalT w Iroko and grigio titanium, i still have time to change my mind; I am concerned that i might get bored of the iroko even though i find it more classy than the more lively cuoio. thoughts would be appreciated?

Personally I would go with Cuoio as I don't like iroko with GT and it may also be worth looking at the new Beige Traditzional as an option. GT is a great colour for that car.

I think Iroko and Grigio Titanio are made for each other. Lots of F12 and 458 examples can be found in Google and AutoGespot.

+1 for Iroko on Titanio. Also, while Cuoio works very well with other greys like Silverstone and Ferro, it's just slightly off with Titanio...at least IMO.

I like Iroko a lot but prefer to use it a contrasting color to Cuoio or Beige rather than the main color. I think it would also be better suited to Grigio Silverstone since Silverstone has a bit of brown in the paint whereas Grigio Titanio has a slight blueish tint that I think conflicts a bit with Iroko.

I think Iroko will work great with Titanio, and in general I think Cuoio is overdone. The darker shade of Iroko will also look more classy in that open top GT, which suits it nicely. I don't think you should worry. it'll look great. If anything, I'd go even darker with Cioccolato or Terra Bruciata as I think a lighter shade will clash. lighter shades like cuoio and beige are for dark colours imo. but to each his own.

Given only 7000 cars are made a year and about 20% come to the USA and cuio is NOT close to the most popular leather, how can you say its over done? What do you mean by that ?

Thank you and you're welcome. Enjoy the process of speccing your car; it is one of the best parts of the ownership experience. :)

Iroko is more formal than Cuoio, which is more sporty. So it depends on what kind of look you want to have. The GT exterior brings a high tech kind of look but you can take it in a sporty direction with Cuoio or an elegant formal direction with Iroko. I think both will work. As someone mentioned you could even go darker if you want a formal look -- ciocollato for example.

my dealer is expecting a CalT with Iroko interior before i have to make a final decision. So i finally be able to see the color live. I will decide then, i am however warming up to cuoio.

Well if Grey is what you like... Just to muddy the waters, have you considered Ferro?
