California T with 30/30 Wheels

Today, at Infineon, someone saw a California T wearing 30/30 wheels. I was under the impression that these wheels were made in very limited numbers, exclusively for the 30/30 model, and so even people who ordered late 30/30s didn't have the option to equip their cars with these wheels.

Now this car was built late last year, so it's possible that the owner found a set of 30/30 wheels for sale and put them on this T. But, just for the sake of clarity, has the 30/30 wheel been reintroduced into the California line?
