+1... I'm too tall to scoot my seat up to use the windscreen.

I have used the wind screen on my Maserati, to very destructive results. It mars the leather from the wind where the screen touches the car. I would not use it on CharlieChampie :)

I used it when I first picked up the car from the dealer and thought it made a pretty big difference in noise/wind buffeting. It'd be nice on a long trip with the roof down. But for my purposes, I find that local trips are fine without and I like to keep the rear seat available for bags, golf clubs etc.

Does anyone have one they'd be willing part with? Previous owner or dealer must've poached mine.

I use mine frequently around town. I have not used it at highway speeds however. It is easily installed and removed once you get the hang of it. It effectively removes some of the buffeting and I like the way it looks. That said, it is not a big deal either way! I usually just leave it in until there is a reason to take it out.

I agree it's not needed at lower speeds but it's nice to have at highway speeds. Or maybe I got spoiled by the one in my Porsche 991, which disappears behind the seats and rises at the touch of a switch (if no one is in the back seat). Mercedes, BMW and Ferrari all seem to have the same folding design as the older Porsche cabriolets ... a pain to put in and take out. Maybe Porsche has that patented?

The Porsche 991 system is clever and the way they all should be designed. The take-apart ones are a PITA, but I use it anyway when I have the top down. It is really effective on buffeting. What happens is that air flowing over the windshield curls around and hits the back of your head. The windblock effectively reduces that effect.
