California 2-Din Infotainment System - More Info From Ferrari

    I am looking at getting this installed into my Cali to replace the awful Becker unit.

    Here is what Leeds Ferrari (UK) replied with:

    The price for the kit without the parking camera is £2,722.14 including VAT and fitting.

    For the kit with a parking camera a larger installation is required, we will need to remove a large portion of the interior to lay the wires and a new rear bumper is need from the factory
    with a camera mounting point built in.
    The total price for all this including painting and fitting is £10,429.87.

    Wowsers! Looks like I won't bother with the reversing camera!

    They also send me this booklet with more info about it.

    Does anybody know anything about the fascia plates it comes with? My Cali is silver around the head unit and I presume these new ones are black?

    Andrew, many of us have been very interested in the details of this upgrade. Would you be willing to share whatever documents Ferrari provided you? It would be great if you could upload a scanned copy.

    Hi, I did post the documents in the original post.

    The car is booked in for this fitting on the 11th of March. I will get the dealer to take photos of the install and be sure to show a lot of before and after photos including my impression of any sound difference.
