That's a popular modification on Porsche cabriolets. I have to wonder, though, on a Ferrari, how well the battery can cope with opening or closing the top without the engine running. Let us know how it goes.
It's nice to be able to put it up or down without being in the car but I've had it stop halfway once. Turned on the car and was able to complete the cycle. I think the real benefit is on a 430 or other soft top where you can control the top while moving. Would be nice if it controlled the side mirrors.
