Humming noise coming from trunk area

    Is there a motor or pump of some kind in the trunk? There is a humming noise like a pump or small motor of some kind that comes on constantly and stays on for quite awhile. Very annoying. Maybe I have developed a leak of some kind.

    I see you have a 2010 Cali. I believe this message from RickLederman posted on this earlier thread on a somewhat different issue would likely answer your question.

    If you read Rick's post, you'll see he identified a fix for it.

    I pulled my 2013 Cali 30 into the garage yesterday, opened the trunk to connect the battery tender and I heard the same humming sound coming from that right-rear area, like a pump or a fan running. I could not figure out what was making the noise.
    I know this is an old thread but I couldn't find an answer to Gary's question above. Is there any more info on what is making the sound?
