FCA Alberta, Oct 27 1PM Epic Garage Tour! The Jon Shirley AND Greg Whitten Collection

What if.....You had the chance to see two of the greatest private collections of Ferraris and significant 50s and 60s cars in the world?

You could meet one of the most well known collectors of Ferraris and have one hour of his time to give you a personal tour? This is your chance!! We have an opportunity to meet
Jon Shirley in Bellevue, Washington
and he will introduce us to the cars in his incredible collection! Jon doesn't do tours very often - typically only once every 5 years so this is an opportunity you do not want to miss!!

This event is open only to FCA members and immediate family members of the Western Canada Region (including the BC Chapter and Alberta Chapter) and the NW Region. We must limit the number of participants to 60 and you must be registered to attend.
Itinerary:

11 am: Meet at for an early lunch in the Bellevue area. The address and directions will be provided on our forum.
1 pm: Doors open at Jon Shirley's garage. You will have 1 hr for a self guided tour.
2 pm: Meet Jon Shirley. He will give us a personal tour of his collection.
3 pm: Depart

SEPT 26: IMPORTANT UPDATE!!
Don't leave Seattle so early! We just confirmed a tour of a second amazing garage that is "next door" to Jon Shirley's. Greg Whitten (also of Microsoft) has given us access to his incredible garage. What else could be so amazing? Well, a series 2 250 GTO for starters. A 250 LM, 275, F40, F50, Enzo, Alfa Romeo P3, Alfa Tipo 33/2 longtail, GT40, and more!

That's right, you will see 2 GTO's this afternoon!! The Series 1 GTO at Jon Shirley's garage and a Series 2 GTO at Greg Whitten's garage.

Who is Greg Whitten??
Greg had badge #6 at Microsoft in the very beginning. He was Microsoft's Chief Software Architect from 1979 to 1998.


While you are in the Seattle area, we recommend....
You might want to check out the local Saturday morning "Cars & Coffee" in Redmond. "Exotics at Redmond Town Center" happens every Saturday from 9-11 am and usually attracts about 100 cars or more on a nice day. It is weather dependent. Consult the website to see if it is on for October 27!
