Looking to pick up a yellow 6 speed 355 in the GTA or anywhere in Canada really. Pm if you or someone you know is looking to sell. Thanks Mike
Much more choice 3 cars vs 29 cars if you look at a 360 instead of a 355. This one at FoQ is a yellow 360 in the spec you are searching for> Make Ferrari Model 360 MODENA Kilometres 23,500 km Body Type Coupe Style/Trim Manual Engine 3.6 Cylinders 8 Stock Number C136383 Drivetrain RWD Transmission 6 Speed Manual Exterior Colour Yellow Interior Colour Black Passengers - Doors 2 Fuel Type Gasoline Fuel City Fuel Economy 21.4L/100km Hwy Fuel Economy 14.7L/100km Safety Rating N/A 3 Owner Reviews 1 2 3 4 5 Local Canadian Vehicle - Full History Available - Scuderia Ferrari Shield - Yellow Brake Calipers - 6 CD Changer - Capristo Exhaust System
Strongly recommend 360 vs 355 in terms of maintenance and performance; however 355 is a great car that we can't deny.
You have to buy what you like. I use to badly want a yellow 355 spyder. I came very close to buy one. Finally went with a Mondial in dark blue. What a difference!! Never regretted it! I also didn't like the 360 really! Over the years the 355 just faded away for me and now the 360 is growing on me. The 360 are now as cheap or cheapper than the 355 and are better cars from what I've read and heard. Buy what you prefer but take the time to look and think carefully. BTW no engine out maintnance on a 360. And as far as I know no valve guide issues.
For sure. But a 355 can bite you really hard regardless of what you paid for it. There are no cheap fixes on this model. One of the best drivers cars ever, but getting back to that point is expensive.
I went to go see a yellow 6spd GTS at Daytona just before Christmas. It literally just came in, not even cleaned up yet. Sold in two days, listed at $62K. Wasn't perfect, a few issues here and there but otherwise ok.. Had F360 exhaust manifolds, a complete new exhaust system without the bypass. It was getting the belts done the next day, so I doubt the new owner even test drove it. Canadian market car. The 360 may be a better car for many reasons (engine in belt change for one!), but the 355 is my fave modern'ish F car. Now that 308's are asking/trading at $60K+, maybe I'll shift gears and buy a 355GTS ..
