Rules: 2013 CCR Car classes and weights are the same as 2012. Compliance to rules will be strictly enforced. Competitors have the burden of disclosure of non compliance prior to race. Any car found not to comply will be disqualified. If CCR determines that a competitor was intentional in non disclosure to gain a performance advantage, CCR reserves the right to penalize the competitor with a 13/13 penalty or race ban or both.
will there be official scales setup at all events,this way we could make sure all competitors comply with the w minuim weight,not all scales are equal so we need a scale that every one must use to be fair
