F355 Challenge Seats - What else fits?

    Our challenge car is good to go with both OEM seats from OMP. :)

    I have had a couple other owners ask me about seat options for their cars and what fits. In one case, an owner did not have any OEM seats. In another case, the owner had correct seats but wanted to use a newer seat (a larger size and with more comfort).

    So here are the questions:

    Do the newer OMP seats fit (which models) in the F355 challenge and are they direct bolt on to the original rails?

    Would the Recaro Profi SPG fit in the car?

    Thoughts on what other new seats will fit for proper width and height? Im sure the answers will help many owners.

    OMP ARS-R in fiberglass ($759.00) or carbon fiber ($2,199.00) will fit. It's best to call the racing parts retailer and ask for help with the application.

    I bought a set of Cobra seats which fit quite good, too. Reasonable priced and also available in Kevlar as an option but didn´t want to stretch the budget too far.

    If you can locate some old OMP GRIP K/C or OMP EVOLUZIONE 2 VTR seats, they would also fit and, for those concerned about such matters, would be "correct" for F355 Challenge cars that raced in 1999 and later.
