The 2 Pan Am 1952 Porsche Pre A 356's before being shipped to Mexico. Anyone know where this was taken.

This same car was sold by Bracco to Mexican architect Enrique Ortiz Peredo, which painted it in ivory color and drove it in the 1952 Panamericana, see min. 04:17 in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZU6QXgRhEw

By the way, any info about the crest on the Mexican flag would be very welcome!
